W. Wayne Edwards was born on July 25, 1926 and passed into the presence of God with a song and a prayer on Jan. 6, 2013. He served in the Navy and also the Marine Corps. Wayne earned his commercial flying license and starting crop dusting and in this pursuit he met his future wife, June. They were married on July 17, 1959. The family moved around the country frequently but Wayne and June retired in Olympia, WA in 1991. Wayne loved Jesus Christ his Lord and was devoted to his wife and family. A memorial service will be at Westwood Baptist Church, Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013 at 1:00.
