William Fredrick Andrew (Rick) was born October 13,1944 in Turlock, California to Fredrick William Andrew (Father) and Isabel Maria Rodrigue (mother). Rick passed away at Capital Medical Center in Olympia, WA on September 21, 2017 due to medical reasons.
He leaves his wife Charla Andrew of Olympia, sister Patricia L. Andrew, brother Bob Seevers, son Jason Abbott, daughter Leann Stensether. He also leaves Rose and David Nielsen, Joni and Karl Spitzer, Jeri Burgett, eleven Grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.
He grew up and attended schools in Turlock and Delhi CA. He attended Santa Rosa Jr. College in CA. Rick belonged to the Delhi grange as a volunteer fire fighter. He went to work with his dad as an Insurance Broker, and formed Andrew Insurance in Turlock, CA. Rick relocated to Olympia, WA and pursued the Real Estate business with Hodges real Estate, thereafter he was with Van Dorm Real Estate. He was a "Fun" guy to be around, joking, telling funny stories. He loved his home and garden. Rick had a spiritual side, deep thoughts. He was a caring, loving man.
There will be a private interment at Turlock Memorial Garden in Turlock, Ca.
