

She grew up in Yelm, Washington, and graduated with the class of 1959. As a child, she enjoyed 4-H and Grange activities alongside her siblings, Charlotte Johnson, Howard Noffsinger, and Ronald Noffsinger.
In 1961, Winifred married Thomas A. Cram. They raised four children together: Brenda Longmire, William “Bill” Cram, Evonne Cram, and Thomas “Tom” Cram, before their divorce in 1986. Winifred was a long-time employee at the Weyerhauser tree farm in Olympia.
Winifred was known for her green thumb, propagating many of the plants in her yard and sharing the starts with family and friends. Beyond gardening, she also had a love for crocheting and reading mystery novels. She loved her animals and had many rescue dogs.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Gertrude Noffsinger ; her sister, Charlotte Johnson; her son, Bill Cram; grandson Brandon Cram and great granddaughter Adrianna Romero-Cram.
Winifred is survived by:
• Her daughters: Brenda (Bruce) Longmire and Evonne Cram.
• Her son: Thomas (Michele) Cram.
• Her grandchildren: Casey (Andrea) Cram, Sabrina (Ryan) Cox, Michelle Randaan, Tausha Cram, Kyle Longmire, Bianca Cram, Destini (Quenton) Wall, Kayla (John) Saunders, Katrina (Baldemar) Bravo, Rosa Leach, Courtney Cram, and Kassandra (Jacob) Malecha.
• 27 great-grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild
A graveside service will be held at Mills & Mills Memorial Park, located at 5725 Littlerock Rd SW, Tumwater, WA, 98512. The service is scheduled for December 1, 2025, at 12:00 pm.
