Arturo es sobrevivido por su esposa de 49 años, Maria Consuelo Beltran De Cruz de Turlock junto con sus hijos Jorge Fernando Cruz (Cynthia Balli) de Waterford, Oscar Arturo Cruz y Luis Cruz ambos de Turlock. Arturo también es sobrevivido por sus hermanos, Alfredo Cruz (María), Raymundo Cruz (Gloria) ambos de Turlock y Rosa Cruz de Michoacán. Arturo también deja atrás a sus nietos, Vivianne Cruz, Fabian Cruz, Christian Cruz, Danika Cruz, Luis Angel Cruz, Lizette Cruz, Oscar Cruz, David Cruz y Adriana Cruz para honrar su memoria.
Arturo fue precedido en la muerte por sus padres José Cruz y Felipa Rodríguez y sus hermanos, Héctor Cruz, Emilio Cruz y José Cruz.
Arturo era miembro de la Iglesia Católica del Sagrado Corazón en Turlock, California.

Arturo Rodriguez Cruz, age 69, of Turlock, California passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family, on Thursday, July 27, 2023. Arturo was born in Michoacán, Mexico to Felipa Rodriguez and Jose Cruz.
Arturo is survived by his wife of 49 years, Maria Consuelo Beltran De Cruz of Turlock along with his children Jorge Fernando Cruz (Cynthia Balli) of Waterford, Oscar Arturo Cruz and Luis Cruz both of Turlock. Arturo is also survived by his siblings, Alfredo Cruz (Maria), Raymundo Cruz (Gloria) both of Turlock and Rosa Cruz of Michoacan. Arturo also leaves behind his grandchildren, Vivianne Cruz, Fabian Cruz, Christian Cruz, Danika Cruz, Luis Angel Cruz, Lizette Cruz, Oscar Cruz, David Cruz and Adriana Cruz to honor his memory.
Arturo was preceded in death by his parents Jose Cruz and Felipa Rodriguez and his siblings, Hector Cruz, Emilio Cruz and Jose Cruz.
Arturo was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Turlock, California.
A Visitation for Arturo will be held Thursday, August 3, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service, 286 West Main, Turlock, CA 95380.
A Recitation of the Rosary will occur Thursday, August 3, 2023 at 6:00 PM at Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service, 286 West Main, Turlock, CA 95380.
A Funeral Service will be held Friday, August 4, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 1200 Lyons Avenue, Turlock, CA 95380.
