Mr. Benito Saldaña Diaz, age 57 “Entered into Rest” on Monday, October 6, 2014 at Turlock Nursing and Rehab in Turlock, CA. He was born in Las Estacas, Abasolo, Guanajuato, Mexico, lived in Turlock for 9 years and was an Electrician for 20 years. He is survived by his wife Margarita Saldaña of Turlock; Two Daughters – Ana Maria Gallo of Ceres, CA and Yuliana Saldaña of Mexicali City, Mexico; Brother – Abel Saldaña Diaz of Mexicali City, Mexico; Six Sisters – Carmen Saldaña Diaz, Leticia Saldaña Diaz, Adela Saldaña Diaz all of Mexicali City, Mexico, Elvia Saldaña Diaz of Texas, Guillermina Saldaña Diaz of San Fernando, CA, Maria Saldaña Diaz of Pico Rivera, CA, Alma Saldaña Diaz of Indio, CA; Three Grandchildren – Joel Gallo Saldaña, Noel Saldaña and Gael Saldaña all of Ceres.

Services: Visitation – Sunday, October 12, 2014, from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary, both to be held at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Home, 286 W. Main St., Turlock, CA. Funeral Mass – Monday, October 13, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 1200 Lyons Ave., Turlock. Interment – following the Funeral Mass at North Hilmar Cemetery District, 8710 N. Tegner Ave., Hilmar, CA.
