Bernadette is survived by her son David F. Silva and his wife Eloise of Hughson; her grandson Andrew Silva and her brother Bill Goulart and his wife Debbie of Riverbank.
Bernadette was preceded in death by her spouse Horacio Fernandes; her father Belmiro Goulart and her mother Maria Goulart.
Bernadette was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Hughson.
A visitation for Bernadette will be held Monday, October 18, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service, 286 West Main, Turlock, CA 95380.
A rosary service will occur Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 10:00 AM followed by a funeral mass at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 7820 Fox Road, Highson, CA 95326.
A committal service will occur Tuesday, October 19, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Turlock Memorial Park, 575 North Soderquist Road, Turlock, CA 95380.
