Bruce is survived by his spouse, Barbara Garcia of Hilmar, they would have been married 46 years on August 2, 2021. He is also survived by his daughter Heather Garcia, (Felipe Ruiz) of Winton, his Grandchildren; Lily, Victoria, Cameron and Faith
Bruce is preceded in death by his brother Keith Garcia.
Bruce was born in Honolulu Hawaii and moved to California at the age of 14. He served in the U.S. Navy on the ship The Ranger. He worked for PG&E for quite a few years and then went into the Trucking Business.
Bruce worked hard and loved being with, and around his family and friends.
Bruce was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was the life of the party, with a big personality that made people want to be around him. He was funny, sarcastic and he loved family get togethers, he especially loved to BBQ for everyone. He was a huge Raider Fan who even dressed up as, and, was the original Raider Clause. He loved life, he loved his wife, his daughter and grandkids, his light and love lives on through them.
