Forest is survived by: his brother, Elijah "Jake" Norris of North Carolina; sister, Hazel Norris Edwards of North Carolina; daughter, Diana Carol of Albuquerque, New Mexico; and step-son, Joe Rose (Gail) of Valrico, Florida. Mr. Norris also leaves behind grandchildren and several nieces and nephews to honor his memory.
Forest was preceded in death by his wife, Maria Conceição Vitorino Norris in 2014 as well as his parents, Elijah W. Norris and Eula Wright Norris.
Mr. Norris was a United States Air Force Veteran of the Korean War.
A visitation for Mr. Forest W. Norris will occur from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service, 286 W. Main Street, Turlock, California. He will be laid to rest with full military honors at 10:00 AM on Thursday, February 14, 2019 Patterson Cemetery District: 10800 CA-33, Patterson, California.
