Frank Jose Almeida

Mr. Frank Jose Almeida, age 44 “Entered into Rest” on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at Doctors’ Medical Center in Modesto. He was born in Horta, Faial, Azores and has lived in Riverbank, CA for 33 years. Mr. Almeida was a Truck Driver for the last ten years and a member of “Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church” of Turlock. He is survived by his wife Dina L. Aviz Almeida of Riverbank; Son – Bryce Lawrence Almeida of Modesto, CA; Two Daughters – Avyn Marina Almeida and Rylee Brielle Almeida both of Riverbank; Brother – Helder Manuel Almeida and his Wife Jennifer Almeida of Maui, Hawaii; Sister – Tina Marie Arnold of Riverbank; and Father-in-Law and Mother-in-Law, Fernando and Mary Aviz of Hilmar, CA. Preceded in death by his Parents – Francisco and Georgina Almeida.

Services: Visitation – Friday, November 7, 2014 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Chapel, 286 W. Main St., Turlock, CA. Combined Rosary and Funeral Mass, Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at “Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church”, 2602 S. Walnut Rd., Turlock. Interment – following the Funeral Mass at Turlock Memorial Park, 575 N. Soderquist Rd., Turlock.
