Jannette passed away peacefully on Monday June 1st at the age of 87. She is survived by her sister Bep Van de Klooster, daughter Marianne Pitchford, son-in-law Charley, son Rob de Bos, daughter-in-law Regina and four grandchildren; Michaela Teixeira, Jacob de Bos, Joshua and John Luke Pitchford.
Jannette was born in Rotterdam, Holland, and moved to Riverside, CA in 1959. She and husband Jake moved to Turlock in 1976. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church where she participated in the choir, the First United Methodist Women’s group and Knitting group as well as the Red Hat Society.
There will be a private, family only, intermittent to be scheduled at a later date.
Remembrances in Jannette’s name can be made to St Thomas Retirement Center who cared for her, loved her, and made her last few years very happy and safe.
