Julieta P. Medeiros, age 73, of San Jose, California passed away at Good Samaritan Hospital on Wednesday, September 13, 2023. Julieta was born in Porto Judeu, Terceira, Açores to Maria Da Gloria and Manuel P. Melo.
Julieta is survived by her brother Vivaldo P. Medeiros DeMelo, his wife Orialda, and her sister Laila M. Azevedo all of San Jose. Julieta also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, whom she loved dearly, to honor her memory.
Julieta was preceded in death by her husband Ildeberto Vaz Medeiros; her parents Manuel P. and Maria Da Gloria Melo; her brother Adelino P. Melo; and her brother-in-law John P. Azevedo.
Julieta was a member of Five Wounds Portuguese National Parish.
A Visitation for Julieta will be held Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Five Wounds Portuguese National Parish, 1375 East Santa Clara St., San Jose, CA, 95116.
A Recitation of the Rosary and Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Five Wounds Portuguese National Parish, 1375 East Santa Clara St., San Jose, CA,95116.
A Committal Service will occur Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Turlock Memorial Park, 575 North Soderquist Road, Turlock, CA 95380.
Serving as pallbearers are Paul Azevedo, Erick Silva, Danny Silva, Reniel Izquierdo, Marc Silva, Anthony Azevedo and Matthew Reicks.
