Lillian T Moore

She was born to Phillip and Leona Tamraz in Oakland, CA on March 15th 1928. She had one brother, Edward. Lillian was raised in Turlock, attended Turlock Schools and graduated from Turlock High School in 1946. She married Ernest Babbitt and had two children, Sharon and Allen. The family did some moving around but finally settled back in Turlock. They divorced in 1970 and she was married to John Moore in 1975 until his death in 1991. She worked for Pacific Bell from 1947 until she retired in 1976.

She had a simple life, her children and grandkids were her main interest. She enjoyed family, friends, gardening and gambling occasionally. She leaves behind her daughter, Sharon Babbitt; son, Allen (Marlaine) Babbitt. Her grandchildren, Jason Morais, Chance (Jennifer) Babbitt, Camren (Ryan) Schmidt and Clay Babbitt. Great-grandchildren, Madysen Alexandria Morais, Charley Rose Babbitt and Paisley Laine Babbitt. Lillian was a good mother and grandmother, she was very dear to all her friends and family. Mom, Grandma, we love you very much and will miss you even more.

Graveside services will be at Turlock Memorial Park on Soderquist Rd. on Saturday, November 22nd at 11:00 am.
