Lina Correia-Aguilar

She was a teacher at Selma Herndon Elementary School in Livingston and a member of St. Jude Thaddeus Church in Livingston. Lina loved making a difference in children’s lives through her teaching. Also she was devoted to her family and friends. Lina is survived by and her Husband Cornelio, of 29 years, her father Daniel Correia, her Daughter Celeste Correia-Aguilar, and 8 siblings: Frank Correia, Antonio Correia, Jose Pedro Correia, Manuel Correia, Maria Teresa Souza, Fernanda Aguiar, Merces Correia & Maria Adelaide Aguilar.

She was preceded in death by her Mother Teresa Ferreira Correia on February 16, 2013.

Services: Visitation – Sunday, July 19, 2015 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Service, 286 W. Main St., Turlock, CA 95380

Vigil and Rosary - Sunday, July 19, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, 2602 S. Walnut Rd., Turlock, CA 95380

Funeral Mass – Monday, July 20, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, Turlock. Interment following the Funeral Mass will be at Turlock Memorial Park, 575 N. Soderquist Rd., Turlock, CA.
