Luis J Correia

Mr. Luis J. Correia, age 77 “Entered into Rest” on Friday, March 15, 2013 at Doctor’s Medical Center in Modesto. Mr. Correia was born in Serreta, Terceira, Azores and he was a dairy milker for 40 years and a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church of Escalon and has lived in Escalon for 52 years.

He is survived by: his wife Maria G. Correia of Escalon of 44 years, two daughters – Nadine C. Silva and her husband David A. Silva of Escalon and Elizabeth C. Victoria and husband Luis F. Victoria of Escalon, sister Maria Garcia of Modesto and four granddaughters Marissa Silva, Megan Silva, Sabrina Victoria and Brooke Victoria.

Services: Visitation on Thursday, March 21, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Chapel, 286 W. Main St., Turlock. Vigil and Rosary, Thursday, March 21st , 7:00 p.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 19399 E. Hwy 120, Escalon. Funeral Mass, Friday, March 22nd at 10:00 a.m. followed by Interment at St. John’s Cemetery, 17871 S. Carrolton Rd., Escalon.
