Mrs. Maria Botelho Mendonça entered into rest peacefully Tuesday, November 24, 2015 in Hughson, California; She was 83 years old and was a native of Biscoitos, Calheta, São Jorge, Azores. Mrs. Mendonça is survived by her Husband- Antonio Mendonça of Hilmar, Ca, and her Son- Manuel Botelho of Ceres, California. 6 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren. She is Preceded in Death by her Brother- Jose Cabral da Silveira and her Sister-Emilia Borba.

Mrs. Maria Botelho Mendonça was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church of Hilmar, and she loved to spend time with her family most specially the Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren .

Services: Visitation-3:00 to 6:00 PM, Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Service, 286 W. Main St., Turlock, CA.

Vigil & Rosary- 7:00 PM, Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 20263 American Ave., Hilmar, California.

Funeral Mass- 10:00 AM, Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Hilmar, California.

Mrs. Maria Botelho Mendonça will be laid to rest following the service at Hills Ferry Cemetery District, 1334 W. Stuhr Rd. Newman, California.
