Miguel S. Maciel, age 67, of Chowchilla, California passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2020. He was born September 2, 1953 in Rosais, São Jorge , Açores to Joao L. Maciel and Maria da Silveira da Conceicão.
Miguel is survived by: his spouse, Heldera Macial of Chowchilla; son Ruben Maciel of Chowchilla; and daughter Lilia Bentley of Mesa, Arizona. He also had six brothers and one sister. Miguel had three grandchildren to honor his memory.
He was a member of Saint Columba Catholic Church in Chowchilla, California,
A visitation for Miguel will be held from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service, 286 W. Main Street, Turlock, California.
A Recitation of the Rosary followed by Funeral Mass will occur at 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 8471 Cypress Street, Hilmar, California. A committal service will follow at Chowchilla Cemetery District, 23359 Road 14 1/2, Chowchilla, California.
