Phyllis Louise Hall, age 77, of Valley Springs, California passed away in Turlock, CA on Tuesday, November 2, 2021. Phyllis was born April 30, 1944 in Dothan, Alabama to George Robert and Ruby Louise(Tucker) Naasko.

Phyllis is survived by her daughter Sandra Hegel and Gary of Angels Camp, CA; her daughter Susan Elliott-Lawson and Dean of Coeur d'Alene, ID; and her son Steve Hall and Sarah of Valley Springs, CA; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
