Ricky Roa was born in Modesto, California, on April 19, 1996, and passed away on October 14, 2026. Though his life was cut short, the love he shared and the memories he created will continue to shape the lives of the people who loved him.
Ricky lived with a spirit that was uniquely his own. Funny, silly, and outgoing, he loved making jokes and bringing laughter to those around him. He enjoyed the freedom of the outdoors, the peacefulness of fishing, the excitement of exploring new places, and the adventure of going on hikes. He was someone who enjoyed making memories, especially with his family, because the people he loved were at the center of his world.
The most important part of Ricky’s legacy is the love he had for his son, Dimitri Angelico Roa. Dimitri was his pride and joy, and being his father was a role Ricky treasured. A father’s love is not measured by how many years he is given, but by the place he holds in his child’s heart. Ricky’s love will remain a part of Dimitri’s life, a connection that time and distance can never erase.
Ricky shared his life with his loving fiancé of 13 years, Alexis Rodriguez, and cherished his family and the moments they spent together. He also had a beloved companion Toby, his 10-year-old miniature Dachshund.
Ricky is survived by his fiancé Alexis Rodriguez; his son, Dimitri Angelico Roa; his father Ricardo Roa; his grandmothers, Maria Pulido and Maria de Refugio Roa; his sisters, Michelle Roa, Angelica Roa, and Kyanna Roa; his brothers, Anthony Pulido, Adrian Pulido, and Angel Roa; his aunts, Maria Tovanche, Noemi Roa, Sandra Pulido, and Jessica Pulido; and his uncles, Cruz Andrade, Jesse Roa, Fernando Roa, Vicente Pulido, and Steven Ortega. He will also be lovingly remembered by his extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Angelica Marie Pulido; his paternal grandfathers, Vicente Pulido and Jose de Jesus Roa, and his cousin Christian Sanchez.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26, 2026, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service, 286 W. Main St. Turlock, CA 95380.
Ricky’s life reminds us that what matters most is the love we give, the joy we share, and the memories we leave behind. His laughter will echo through the stories his family tells, his adventurous spirit will live on in the places they explore, and his love will remain forever in the heart of his son.
May his memory bring comfort, his laughter bring smiles, and his love remain a light for his family for generations to come.

La parte más importante del legado de Ricky es el amor que sentía por su hijo, Dimitri Angelico Roa.
