Virginia Berniece Welker

Virginia is survived by; son Ronald Mello (Faye Mello) of Modesto; and daughter Evelyn Filippini of Newman. She had four grandchildren: Ronda Knight (Daniel); Timmy Griffith (Jenny); Eric Mello (Shonda); and Jaqueline Griffith. Virginia had five great grandchildren: Brooklynn Mello; Lauryn Humphrey; Hannah Knight; Mc Kenna Knight; and Kamille Mello.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband William Welker.

A visitation will occur from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Friday, November 22, 2019 at Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service, 286 West Main, Turlock, California.

A graveside service will occur following the visitation at Winton Cemetery District, 7651 Almond Avenue, Winton, California.

Serving as pallbearers are Timmy Knight, Daniel Knight, Eric Mello, Adan Padilla and as Honorary, Ron Mello.

The family of Ms. Welker would like to extend a thank you to the facility, Orangeburg Manor and to Community Hospice.
