

Born in Littleton, Colorado to Shelby Jean Farmer and James “Buddy” Raines, she attended Heritage High School. She worked at Coral Industries in Tuscaloosa and later worked as a dressmaker and seamstress who loved making crafts.
She was preceded in death by her mom and dad; and her companion, Larry Turner.
She is survived by her daughter, Capri Day (Derek); son, Chad Frye (Jennifer); brother, Tony Taylor (Deanna); sister, Rita Schlichter (Steve); grandchildren, Austin Day, John Luke Day, and Macie Grace Day; several nieces and nephews; and best friend and caregiver, Nikki Price.
Angie was a free spirit who loved her children and her grandchildren deeply. She will be missed by all.
Services for Angie will be 11 a.m. Monday, November 20, 2023 at Heritage Chapel Funeral Home with Minister Clark Sims officiating. Burial will follow in Tuscaloosa Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Tony Taylor, Adam Taylor, Matthew Taylor, Derek Day, Austin Day, and Aaron Hoggle.
Donations may be made in Angie’s memory to Southern Care New Beacon Hospice.
