TUSCALOOSA -- Ann Paulene, age 67, passed away February 9, 2020 at Hospice of West Alabama. Services will be Thursday, February 13, 2020 at Memory Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Dockery officiating. Entombment will follow in Memory Hill Gardens with Memory Chapel Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial provider, directing.
Ms. Paulene was preceded in death by her parents, Evelyn Bridgman and Curtis Tucker; and daughter, Dana Swindle.
She is survived by her daughter, Beth Paulene; son, Wade Brown; sisters, Patricia Marcum, Janice Romero and Faye Hubbard; grandchildren, Brandon Collins, Faith Swindle, Hannah and Robin Brown, and Lucas and Sarah Wilson.
Ann was born in Montgomery, Ala. and moved to Tuscaloosa in 1967, where she attended Tuscaloosa County High School. She was a loving mother of three children and six grandchildren. She loved to spend time with her family and laugh and smile. She was a strong woman who fought her diagnosis with bravery until the end. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends.
