Anna Dean Steele Collins, age 79, of Birmingham, died Sept. 22, 2010, at St. Vincent's Hospital in Birmingham. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Memory Hill Gardens with Alvin Fox officiating and Memory Chapel Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Vance Collins.
Survivors include her daughters, Anna Collins of Birmingham, Melissa McRae of Gardendale, and Jennifer Collins of Tuscaloosa; her sister, Christine Mills of Birmingham; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Vincent's Foundation, P.O.
