A private service will be held at a later date and she will be laid to rest in Sunset Memorial Park in Beckley, West Virginia.
Ms. Wills is survived by her daughter, Phyllis Blankenship of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; step-daughter, Lily Maxine Schult (Gary) of Orlando, Fla.; son-in-law, Howard White of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; granddaughter, Lisa Welsh (Bill) and great-grandchildren, William Enders Welsh III, Anna Katherine Welsh, and John Hardy Welsh, all of Shaker Heights, Ohio; grandson, Brad Lewis (Stacey) and great-grandchildren, Payton Lewis, Kelsey Lewis, and Tegan Lewis, all of Tampa, Fla.; and special friend, William “Bill” Spear of Tuscaloosa, Ala.
