Annie Lee Allred, age 80, a resident of Montgomery, Ala., went home to be with her Lord on February 4, 2018, at Jackson Hospital Montgomery, Ala. Graveside funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, February 9, 2018, at Memory Hill Gardens in Tuscaloosa, Ala. with Dr. Clif Allred officiating and Memory Chapel Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be held two hours prior to services at the funeral home.
Mrs. Allred was preceded in death by her two sons, Chad Allred and Jamie Capps; parents, Pickens and Nolie Hubbard; brother, J. P. Hubbard; and sister, Louise Hunnicutt.
Survivors include her husband, Arthur Allred of Montgomery, Ala. and daughter, Patsy Capps of Tallahassee, Fla.
She is a beloved family member of Eastdale Baptist Church, Montgomery, Ala.
Mrs. Allred was a native of Duncanville, Ala. and retired from the Alabama Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation with over 30 years of dedicated service with Greil Hospital in Montgomery, Ala. and Bryce Hospital in Tuscaloosa, Ala.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Eastdale Baptist Church, Montgomery, Ala. or the Alabama Multiple Sclerosis Society.
