Beatrice Latham

Beatrice was preceded in death by her infant son, Douglas Glen Latham, Jr.; her parents, Roy Lee and Annie Jones; her sister, Peggy Jones Lollar, and her brother, R.L. Jones.

She is survived by her loving husband, Douglas Latham of Coker; her daughter, Glynis Latham Rhodes (Rohn); sons Brian Latham (Gina) and Kevin Latham (Tammy); grandchildren, Callie Rhodes Outlaw (Tyler), Hannah Rhodes Glasscock (Luke), Jessica Latham Hagler (Logan), Joshua Rhodes, Noah Latham, Alexa Latham; great-grandchildren, Will Hagler, Lane Hagler, and John Luke Glasscock; her brother, Bruce Jones, and sister Brenda Jones Sexton (Don).

Pallbearers will be Joshua Rhodes, Noah Latham, Logan Hagler, Luke Glasscock, Tyler Outlaw, and Richard Bailey.

Honorary Pallbearers are members of Rice’s Valley Baptist Church, Harold Myers, Wayne Myers, Faculty and Staff of Big Sandy Elementary, and employees of Hospice of West Alabama.

The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 3 at Rice’s Valley Baptist Church with Pastor Sam Delaney officiating. The service will follow at 2:00 with burial following at Memory Hill Gardens located at 2200 Skyland Blvd East, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35405.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of West Alabama or Rice’s Valley Baptist Church in memory of Beatrice.
