Betty "Scottie" Andress

Betty Scott "Scottie" Andress, 74, of Tuscaloosa, Alabama passed away on October 9th, 2022. Memorial services will be held at Memory Chapel Funeral Home on October 12th, 2022 at 10:00 AM - visitation will be held one hour prior to service. Pastor John Jenkins will be officiating.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, William (Bill) David Andress, and her parents, Newman and Sarah Davis.

She is survived by her son, David Andress, her daughter-in-law, Rhonda Andress, one granddaughter, Leslie Andress Finnegan (Liam), two sisters, Sue Powell (Ricky) and Gail Norris (David), one brother, Randy Davis (Linda), and a host of nieces and nephews. She attended Northport Baptist Church and was a woman of the lord, and she worked at Union Furniture for 35 years as a salesperson.

The pallbearers for her memorial service will be Keith Hudson, Leonard Robinson, Lawson Allen, Rob Park, Barry Andress, and Hunter McJenkin.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations are made to Eagles’ Wings of Tuscaloosa (12379 Eagles’ Wings Drive, Coker, AL 35452), both in her memory and in honor of her special niece, Elizabeth Hope Powell.
