Betty L. Stephens, age 94, of Tuscaloosa, Alabama passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2025. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, July 3, 2025 at Memory Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jon L. Stephens; her son, Roger K. Stephens; and daughter, Janice S. Campbell.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Shauna Wallace, Bryant K. Stephens, and Caitlyn Feltman (Anthony); great-grandchildren, Tyler Sanford, Kaycee Sanford, Emmett Stephens, and Becca Feltman; sister, Nell Alexander; brother, Lyman Lancaster; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Betty was born February 13, 1931 to the late Tom and Vivian Lancaster. She was a member of Alberta Baptist Church and a retired Department Manager of Service Merchandise.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to Hospice of West Alabama or Callie's Place Rescue.
