Dean, Debra, Brenda, Verner & Kenneth & family, I am so sorry for the loss of Charles. I have such fond memories of living on the same road with a wonderful family like you all! I always enjoyed coming to your home practicing the song we would be singing at church on Sunday morning at Ruhama Baptist Church. You're family was so welcoming and I am honored to have been a small part of it as a young girl.  I pray you find comfort knowing that he is home with Our Heavenly Father 🙏

Dear Dean and family,  Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your extended family during during this sad time.  Mom kept that photo of you, Charles and her, taken in your living room, displayed in her living room for all to see who visited. She loved you, and our entire family couldn't ask for better family or friends.  Sitting on your front porch talking with Charles about fishing, gardening or most anything are memories that with always be with me.  He was a remarkable man in every respect. I will miss him.

There are no words to express how sorry we are for your Dads passing. He was  the sweetest man and always ready with a smile.  I know its hard now, but you will see him again one day.  Please know we are here if you need anything.  We are praying for yall.

I would like to thank My Daddy for All the wonderful years he gave to us.  My Dad was a dedicated husband for almost 69 years to my mom.
He was a Veteran .  He was a hard worker, a welder at Paper Mill for Gulf States, and a Coal Miner from Jim Walter #7 Mines.  But he was a Great Provider, protector and a loving Dad.  He loved his family and He will be Greatly missed.  He loved Turkey hunting, Deer hunting and fishing.  One of my best memories was that he would lay on the couch and I would comb his beautiful black hair.  He was gentle, loving but he could dish out discipline when needed.  He was a man I loved and looked up to.  He loved his Sisters and Brothers and their families as well.   But most importantly He loved Jesus.
