Charles Edward Watkins is preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Doris Watkins; his second wife, Carolyn Watkins; his son, Michael Shane Watkins; and his daughter, Kim Watkins Woods.
Charles Edward Watkins is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth Silvernale (Glenn) of Scottsdale, AZ; his son, David Watkins of Moundville, AL; his sister, Joy Perry (Chuck); his brothers, William Watkins, Tommy Watkins, Phillip Watkins (Brenda) all of Stewart, AL, and Richard Watkins (Brenda); and his grandchildern, Carson Woods, Laura James, Matthew DeBruin, Christopher DeBruin, and Lindsey Silvernale.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
