Clara is preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years, Charles Randy Winters; parents, Lasco Tucker and Nancy Tucker; brother, Everet Tucker.
She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Bounds (Bill); sister, Betty Hunt; brothers, Leon Tucker and Larry Tucker; grandchildren, Cody Bounds (fiancée Maria) and Brandon Bounds (Emily); and great-granddaughter (daughter of Brandon and Emily), Evie Bounds.
Visitation will be held at Memory Chapel Funeral Home on August 10, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, followed by the Funeral Service at Memory Chapel Funeral Home at 2:00 pm.
A Committal Service will take place at Memory Hill Gardens
