Claude Perry Stephens, Jr.

Claude Perry Stephens, Jr. went to his heavenly home on August 17,2026 At Hospice of West Alabama. Perry was born May 30, 1957 to Claude and Mary Opal Stephens in Eutaw, Alabama. His parents preceded him in death.He is survived buy his sister Marjorie Stephens Williams; his two neices Mary Margaret Rhodes and Johnna McCracken; his nephew Lee McCracken.

For the past 13 years Perry lived in the King Holly CRV group in Northport.He was loved and cared for by the Holleys and the staff. Our family is most appreciative of the way “Mr. P” was kindly provided for by those who took care of him in his home. A large part of his life was spent attending the ARC-where he really thrived. The teachers and staff who worked with him were interested in and cared for him. We are grateful for that program and proud that Perry spent many years attending there.

Perry was deeply loved. The memories we have will never be forgotten. He is and will forever will be missed.
