Daniel Robert Higdon

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Robert Higdon and maternal grandparents, Daniel and Judith Hunt.

He is survived by his parents, John and Jacqueline Higdon of Birmingham, AL; grandparents, Bobbye Jean Higdon of Northport, AL.

Daniel was born on July 22, 2003 in Tuscaloosa, AL. Moved to Orlando, FL in 2005 and attended Shenandoah Elementary School for kindergarten and first grade. Moved to Birmingham, AL in 2022 and attended Gresham Elementary, Our Lady of the Valley and Shades Valley High School graduating with a GPA of 4.22 in 2022. He attended University of Alabama in Huntsville studying Aerospace Engineering from 2022-2023.

He loved the beach, anime, cruising, fine dining, and his dogs Starlite and Dispy. He wanted to work for NASA and build rockets for space exploration.

Pallbearers are Zach Higdon, Luke Higdon, James Higdon, and Jacob Phillips.

A graveside service for Daniel will be held Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Memory Chapel Funeral Home, 2200 Skyland Blvd East, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35405.
