Della Mozette Rowe, age 84, of Tuscaloosa, died, July 10, 2015, at Hospice of West Alabama. Services will be 3 p.m. Tuesday, July 14, 2015, at Memory Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Dockery officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Gardens with Memory Chapel Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be two hours prior to services at the funeral home.She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil Lee and Autra Hubbert; three brothers, Kenneth Hubbert, Joel Hubbert, and Joe Dale Hubbert; and two sisters, Delores Coleman and Martha Hubbert.Survivors include her daughter, Sharon Rowe Sullivan (Tim) of Northport; sons, Kevin Earl Rowe of Ocean Springs, Miss. and Kerry Alan Rowe of Buhl, Ala.; sister, Gina Jester of Northport, Ala.; brothers, Dwain Hubbert (Frances), Stanley Hubbert, both of Fayette, Ala. and Bradley Hubbert of Coker, Ala.; seven grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn Rowe, Michael Rowe, Allan Rowe, Nathan Rowe (Kim), Brittany Rowe, Timothy Sullivan (Riane), Cody Sullivan (Alana); four great grandchildren, soon to be five great-grandchildren. Mom was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, as well as an aunt to a host of nieces and nephews, who loved and cherished the Lord, and her family and friends. She was a sweet and gentle woman and loved by all that knew her. She was living proof that there are truly angels among us. Pallbearers will be Timothy Sullivan, Cody Sullivan, Michael Rowe, Nathan Rowe, Josh Coleman, and Derek Coleman.Honorary pallbearers are Allan Rowe, Charlie Smith, Charlene Fredrick, Dean Lewis, Faye and Frank Hydrick, members of Unity Baptist Church, longtime friends and neighbor Cecil and Ruby Beck and Ms. Jimmie Sullivan.A special thanks to the caring staff of Hospice of West Alabama, In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made to help rebuild Unity Baptist Church.
