Emily is preceded in death by her grandparents, Nelson and Frances Fannin.
She is survived by her parents, Wanda and William Edwards; guardian daughter, Jayden Miller; sister, Amanda King; brother, Matthew Smith (Emma); step-sister, Ashley Rammel (Carl); and her nieces and nephews, Kelsey Blystone, Kayden Mallett, Karmen Mallet, Kendall Mallett, Ryder Mallett, Oakley Mallett, Chevy King, Mackenzie Smith, Hannah Smith, Nelson Smith, CJ Rammel, Jax Rammel, Lynx Rammel, and Jayden Miller.
Emily was a loving daughter, Sister, and Aunt. She graduated from Brookwood High School and went to college at Shelton State and Columbia Southern. Emily was a Sergeant in the US Army National Guard MP Division.
