A service for Ernestine Thrasher will be held on Monday, April 17, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Memory Chapel Funeral Home, with Curry Bennett officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Memory Hill Gardens.
Mrs. Thrasher was preceded in death by her parents, Earnest and Ruby Dutton; Son, Glenn Boatman; Sisters, Etta Faye Watson and Brenda Sue Dutton; Father and Mother-in-Law, Marshall Thrasher and Minnie Jean; Brother-in-Law, Kelvin Thrasher; Sister-in-Law, Teresa Thrasher.
She is survived by her husband, Donniel Thrasher; Son, Dennis Thrasher; Granddaughters, Laura Watkins (Justin) and Emily Sabrina Boatman; Grandson, Ethan Watkins Great Grandchildren, Cameron, Tana, Jackson and EJ Watkins and Rhonda Boatman. Sister, Jean Caddis (Jimmy).
Honorary pallbearers are Hospice of West Alabama, DCH 6 South and Dr. Aldridge.
