Frank Warren Sparks, Sr., age 69, of Holt, died May 4, 2011, at home. Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Heritage Chapel with Rev. Rick Mitchell officiating and Heritage Chapel Funeral Home & Cremations, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be Monday from 12 noon to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
