

Gleneva Channell Capley, age 81, passed away on October 19, 2021 at her residence. She dealt with dementia for several years and it took a toll on her body during the last six months. She was raised on a farm in Buhl and always showed the utmost care and concern for her family. When needed, she selflessly served as a caregiver for several of her family members throughout the years, when needed.
She was preceded in death by her son, James Alton Lamb Jr., her parents, Cleveland and Coatnie Channell, her sisters, Gracie Bell, Gladys Vick, Gertie Mae East, Gail Gregory, Gwen Olsen, and Geraldean Smith, her brothers, Leon Channell, Wayne Channell and F.D. Channell, and other relatives.
She is survived by her husband, Denny Capley, her children, Charles (Karen) Lamb, Patricia Stough (Jeff), her grandchildren, Kandle (Jonnie) Osmer, Kevin (Erika) Stough, Mary Stough, her great-grandchildren, Kinzlee Osmer, Mia, Barrett and Isla Stough and her sister, Glenda (Ira) Sanders, brothers-in-law, Joe, George (Sandra) and Bobby Capley, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be led by Rev. Jon Wiggins on Friday, October 22, 2021 at 11:00AM from the Chapel of Memory Chapel Funeral Home. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the funeral service, and burial will immediately follow from Memory Hill Gardens, Garden of the Last Supper, under the direction of Memory Chapel, a Dignity Memorial provider.
Serving as Active Pallbearers will be Kevin Stough, Jonnie Osmer, Ira Sanders, Rickey Sanders, Rodney Sanders, George Capley and Greg Humphrey.
The family wishes to extend their most sincere appreciation to the nurses and staff at Comfort Care Hospice, Blenda Newburn and Donna Vandiver for the excellent care that they provided.
