She is preceded in death by her mother, Betty Sargent and father, Bob Sargent; ex- husband, James Shoemaker.
She is survived by her son, Randy Shoemaker (Mistie) of Pell City, AL; brothers, Robert T. Sargent and Bob Sargent Jr.; grandchildren, Charis, Daniel, and Joy Ella of Pell City, AL.
Pallbearers are Lee Sargent, Daniel Shoemaker, Brock Culpepper, Gene Dockery, and Bob Sargent Jr.
A visitation for Jennie will be held Tuesday, December 12, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Memory Chapel Funeral Home, 2200 Skyland Blvd East, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35405. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Memory Chapel Funeral Home.
