Jewell Francis Farris, age 96, of Aliceville, Alabama went to her heavenly home on May 16, 2024. She was born on September 5, 1927 in Red Rock Alabama. She was preceded in death by her husband, John L. Farris; daughter, Judy Farris; son, Ronnie Farris.
She is survived by sons, Wayne Farris (Lea), Jerry Farris, Allan Farris, Randy Farris (Manny); daughters, Teresa Gibson (Kenny) and Lisa Bulad. She had 20 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. She was a wonderful loving mother. She was very talented in many things including quilting, sewing and cooking the best tasting foods. When she was well, she loved taking care of her beautiful flowers but most of all, she loved taking care of her family.
Honorary pallbearers will be her grandchildren and the entire Aliceville Manor Nursing Home staff.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, May 20, 2024 at Memory Chapel Funeral Home with pastor Jim Robinson officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
