John Hunter Ewing was born on December 1, 2025 to Nick Ewing and Haley Harrison, and passed peacefully in the arms of those who loved him on December 2, 2025.He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Robyn Counts; great grandfather, James Michael Shuttlesworth. He is survived by his parents, Nick Ewing and Haley Harrison; sisters, Everly Jane Harrison and Anna Michael Sexton; a host of other family and friends. Though his time on earth was heartbreakingly brief, John Hunter filled each moment with a profound and enduring love. His tiny presence brought hope, tenderness, and a lifetime of emotion to all who awaited him. He will always be remembered for the precious gift he was and the deep imprint he left on every heart that held him close.
John Hunter’s memory will forever be cherished by his family, who will carry his love with them always. “Held for a moment, loved for a lifetime.”
Honorary pallbearers are Auto Zone at The University Blvd location.
A graveside service will be held to honor John’s brief but beautiful life on at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at Memory Hill Gardens.
