Mr. John C Gilbert passed away on July 31, 2022 at the age of 76. John was a veteran of the United States Air Force and will be buried at the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, Alabama with Military Honors on Friday, August 5, 2022. He is survived by his wife, Ova Jane Smith; step-daughter, Tonia Third; grandson, Joey Third. Heritage Chapel Funeral Home in Tuscaloosa directing.
