A Memorial service will be held August 9, 2025 at Little Hurricane Baptist Church at 2:00 pm.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Kelly and Clara Owens; brothers, Clyde and Rodney Owens; and niece, Brenda Owens.
Survivors include wife, Sue Ann Owens; daughter, Stefanie Savoie (Kent); granddaughters, Amber Hill (Austin), Kylee Smith (Chris ), and Katelynn Barger (Hunter ); great-grandchildren, Allyana, August-John, Bella, Dawson, Kinsley, Maylen, Bankston, Stormie Brooke, and Joshua; brothers, Gene Owens (Elaine), and Jamie Owens (Suzie); sisters, Mae Pittman (Ronald), and Jeanette Farley; and, a host of nieces and nephews
Honorary pallbearers are Dr. William Aldridge, Southern Care New Beacon Hospice, McAbee Construction, Crimson Dialysis, Tuscaloosa Plumbers, and Steamfitters Local 372.
