COTTONDALE – Kathryn “Kathy” Bohannon Dockery, age 69, of Cottondale, passed away Sunday, September 26, 2021, at her home. She was born November 14, 1951. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday, October 1, 2021 at Memory Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Walker officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Gardens with Memory Chapel Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday, September 30, 2021 at the funeral home.
Kathy is survived by her husband of 27 years, Adrian Dockery; son, Kevin Bohannon (Jamie) of Brookwood; daughter, Marcia Stanley (Phillip) of Coaling; grandchildren, Brook Harris (Logan), Cody Bohannon, Garrett Stanley, Austin Stanley, DJ Eberly, and Landon Bohannon; her niece, Paula Alford (Philip); and nephew, Scott Walker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Frances Sandlin; sister, Sandra Walker; and her first husband and father of her children, Danny Bohannon.
Kathy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Praise the Lord, Kathy is now home with her Savior, Jesus Christ.
Pallbearers will be Cody Bohannon, Garret Stanley, Austin Stanley, DJ Eberly, Landon Bohannon and Melvin Dockery.
