NORTHPORT – Laquetta J. Haddix, age 77, passed away October 20, 2021 at Northport Medical Center. A Memorial Service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Memory Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. Emmett Smith officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. prior to services at the funeral home.
Ms. Haddix was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Haddix; and parents, Helen and Vance Mahaney.
She is survived by her cousins, Roger Stemple (Lou) of Rivesville, West Va., Pearley “Bill” Stemple (Thelma) of Vance, Ala., and David Stemple of Woodstock, Ala.; as well as numerous other cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to First United Pentecostal Church of Tuscaloosa.
