Luther Eugene Ragland, age 87 of Duncanville, Alabama passed away on August 13, 2026. A Graveside Celebration of Life will be held at 10:30 am on Sunday, August 16, 2026 at Memory Hill Gardens with Ricky Morrow officiating.
Luther was preceded in death by his mother, Bulah Ragland; father, Archie Ragland; brothers, Bobby Joe Ragland, Leroy Ragland; sister, Ila Mae Smith; son-in-law, John Taylor.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ellen Ragland; daughter, Sharon Taylor Newton (Mike); granddaughter, Jayme Reid (Brent); great grandson, Jay Reid.
