Marie was in inspiration to all of us. She was a fun and unique woman, with a beautiful smile on her face.  She always looked on the bright side of things. I was lucky to call her my friend and mentor.  We had many treasured times together.

The news of Mrs. Marie broke my heart this morning.  She touched so many lives.  She was a true inspiration to me as a faithful and loyal member of the Alabama Society of Medical Assistants. Dear Donna,
I can't tell you how sorry I am to learn of your Mom's passing.  She has been a dear friend for my entire life and the fond memories that I have of our growing up together mean so much to me.  My consolation is that she now has no more pain and is with Aunt Nancy.
