Patricia Gray Campbell, age 58, of Tuscaloosa, died March 20, 2011, at Glen Haven Health & Rehab. Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Memory Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Headley officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Gardens with Memory Chapel Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be Wednesday from 12 noon to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Juanita Gray.
Survivors include her husband, Robert E. Campbell, Jr.; her son, Mark Silas (Kim); her brother, Glenn Gray (Teresa); and her granddaughter, Sara Bella Grace Silas.
Patty graduated from Tuscaloosa High School in 1970. She was employed by Gayfers for over 20 years. Patty loved both animals and children. Her favorite animal was a dachshund. She had many in her life, from Wagner to Egan. She was happy and proud to meet her granddaughter Sara Bella before her passing.
Pallbearers will be Jason Gray, Eric Gray, Kirk Patterson, Kendall Patterson, Baxter Minus, and Todd Batchelor.
Honorary pallbearers are employees and staff of Glen Haven Nursing Home and Ridgecrest Baptist Church Agape Sunday School Class.
