GORDO – Phillip David Hyde was born December 31, 1958 and passed away on October 1, 2016. Services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Memory Chapel. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Gardens. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service with Memory Chapel Funeral Home & Cremations, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Tucker Hyde Sr. and Sally C. Hyde and one brother, John Tucker Hyde Jr. Survivors include his wife, Jo Ann Hyde; daughter, Crystel Cash (Ralph); three sons, Frankie Stines (Tabitha), Phillip Kemp (Sherri), Brian Kemp (Michelle), all of Tuscaloosa; one sister, Teresa Daniell of Maryland; two brothers, Burl and Michael Hyde of Tuscaloosa; 16 grandchildren; and nieces and nephews, Bryan Daniell, Katie Jones (Sean), Jeremy Gann (Robyn), Donald Stines (Misty), Catrina Shirley (Wesley) and Dana (Slim) Middlebrooks. Pallbearers will be Bryan Daniell, Sean Jones, Tim Mills, Brandon Cash, Kayne Kemp and Trent Stines.Honorary Pallbearers are Dr. Amanda Stephens, Hannah Lawson with Amedizys, Dr. Barry Newsom, Dr. Joshua Argo, Dr. Hemstreet, Donald Stines, Myrtle Mills, Caleb and Mathew Gann.
