Raymond Brown, Jr. passed away December 17, 2025, at the age of 77. Born June 19, 1948 to the late Raymond Brown, Sr. and Irene Brown in Bibb County, Ala. After a 28-year career with BF Goodrich, Raymond spent his retirement enjoying the beach and playing golf.
Raymond is survived by his wife of 59 years, Sandy, sons Tim (Cyndi) and Randy, nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and brothers Gabby, Teddy, Ricky, Barry and Jeff.
Services will be 12 noon on Monday, December 22, 2025 at Memory Chapel Funeral Home with Kelly Jolly and Chad Palmer officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service.
Pallbearers will be grandson and namesake Daniel Raymond Brown, grandson Jacob Brown, Caleb McCarley, Nathan Walters, and Ricky Luker. Honorary pallbearers are all of his golfing buddies at the Links of Tuscaloosa. Raymond will always be remembered as a strong man and we have peace knowing that our Daddy & PawPaw finally got his Heavenly Tee TIme.
