

Rhoda was born on December 27, 1954, in Texas. During her teenage years, she moved to Alabama, where she later graduated from Tuscaloosa High School. Tuscaloosa became her lifelong home, where she built a life centered around family, friendships, and hard work.
Rhoda spent many years working at Bruno's grocery store in Tuscaloosa. During her time there, she served as manager of the floral department and later worked in the deli. She was known for her strong work ethic and the care she showed to both coworkers and customers throughout her years of service before retiring.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arnie D. Lusk and Elaine Lusk, and her husband, Allen Williams.
Rhoda is survived by her son, James Bailey (René); her daughters, Tiffiny Channell (Eli) an Tina Boothe (Dylan); and her five beloved granddaughters, Trinity Bailey, Scotlyn Campbell, Ariel May, Alyssa Boothe, and Annelise Channell.
Rhoda will be remembered for the love she had for her family and the special place she held the hearts of those who knew her. Her memory will live on through her children, grandchildren and all who loved her.
